The AnchorOne Governance Assessment is a proprietary analysis engine that measures your Microsoft 365 environment against the AnchorOne standard. The engine ingests telemetry directly from your tenant—Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Lighthouse, Exchange—and generates a formal governance report documenting exactly where your organization stands. The assessment is verified from actual telemetry state, not self-reported answers. You receive the report whether or not you enter AnchorOne.

  Telemetry ingestion

  The assessment engine connects to your Microsoft tenant via secure delegated access. Telemetry is pulled directly from Entra ID, Defender, Intune, Lighthouse, and Exchange. The engine inventories every device on your network—managed or unmanaged—and captures the actual configuration state across all governance domains.

  Automated gap analysis

  The engine measures every control in the AnchorOne standard against your actual telemetry state. The analysis identifies exactly what conflicts with the standard and what needs to be resolved before entry. The gap between your current state and the standard is quantified control by control.

  Report generation

  The engine generates a formal Governance Assessment Report documenting domain-level findings, control-by-control telemetry results, and framework alignment across NIST CSF, CIS Controls, cyber insurance baselines, and CMMC. The report provides a complete picture of your organization's current state and what must be resolved to meet the standard.

  Fit determination

  AnchorOne states clearly whether your organization is cleared to enter, what needs to be resolved before entry, and what the environment handles automatically on day one. If it is not a fit, we tell you directly. The report is yours either way.
